Otherside of the World

He tells me of the Highlands

I tell him of the sea

I'm used to the islands

He's used to castles, apparently


He talks about the lochs

I talk about the beach

He says it's nice to hike and enjoy walks

I say we both have a lot to learn and teach


We both love nature

That's for sure

Perhaps to more adventure

Today is Earth day! It actually is everyday. I hope you got to enjoy some time with nature. I watched the sunset after my walk today.

That tentacle like shadow is from our dragon fruit. No fruit just yet. The summer heat is making me crave some watermelons. I’m planning on buying some.
