Nature Feels

See the sky?

It’s blue but it’s happy

See the river?

Its green but does not envy

The clouds are white and pure

But it can also be dark and heavy

Nature can be full of wonder

Full of emotions

Don’t Talk

Work hard and stay humble

When everyone else casts you aside

Surprise them by not being boastful

Let them talk, that is all they do

Try your hardest and let your achievement do the talking

Keep Her Cool

She needed some time off
Some timeout
Away from the backstabbers
From the envious
From the fakes and plastics in the world

She needed to find her peace and live it
She needed to keep sane
Or else they would have ceased to exist

Deeply

I will hide these feelings
The emotions that I truly feel,
For there are people who don’t understand
I don’t know what’s their deal

I want to be proud of you
I guess I’ll do so discreetly
For they scavenge like vultures
Picking at us most happily

Please know that my feelings are true
And that each time I pretend not to feel, I’m blue
Know that when the time comes, I’d embrace you whole heartedly
They’d die of envy for they know I’d love you deeply

GOD'S POETIC CHILD!!!

Dear Reader, I am here to give you a little taste of poetry with some water on the side. When you come on my blog that's all that you will taste is Poetry. Not the type of poetry where it doesn't have a meaning. The type of poetry where you will be inspired, uplifted and you will have a different mindset once you leave this site. You might even come to get a taste of this poetry again. Don't be afraid to let your kids read this blog. My poetry is for and to help the youth. Bring them along with you. You both are scrolling down your phone or on the computer anyway. Let's have fun and get a taste of some poetry. I promise this type of poetry tastes delicious. Grab a plate and a fork and I'll feed you. ENJOY!!!!
