The Eleventh Year (Apparently)

I have been writing ever since I knew how to

Putting emotions into words

An expression I know best

And so, eleven years it’s been since I began my journey here

But it wasn’t until a couple years after I began, that I found my way

I wrote poetry as early as the age of 9 or 10

But it wasn’t something I did all the time

Until blogging gave me the spark I needed

So, here I am…..eleven years later

I got this notification today. Apparently I started with WordPress 11 years ago. I did start a blog…of sorts. I deleted that and some time after began this blog and wrote and featured poems.
