You lift me up when I am down
Always manage to remove my frown
In challenging days, you hold me close
Never condemning me for the life I chose

This song doesn’t have flight in it but being raised up is mighty close, I think. I’ve always thought of this song as a praise song wherein the person is praising God for lifting them up.
