For the visually challenged reader, the image shows a person making some notes on a piece of paper, placed on top of some sheet music.

It's hope that keeps me going
It's faith that keeps me intact
It's love that fills my heart
But faith keeps me intact 

My soul sings with much appreciation for the blessings that have been bestowed
So many hurdles faced, buy my faith is never fading

This music I make, a way of thanks and to share my happiness
For I am filled with gladness
As faith keeps me intact
